Seismic Imaging is perhaps best know for installation of seismographs and remote reporting modems where unattended vibration monitoring is appropriate. However, we can also assist with installation of geotechnical instrumentation. Past projects have included remote monitoring of ground and structure movement using both resistive and vibrating wire strain gauges devices. Experience ranges from simple installation of inclinometers and crack gauges to more elaborate networks with strain gauges, extensiometers, piezometers, load cells, and settlement gauges terminated at multi-channel data-loggers.
